Berloquin is an engineer by training. But he is a master puzzle maker and a
logician who has written more than 50 books. This is from his book “100
numerical puzzles”.
Ans: Total of 9 numbers is 78. So every row and column total should be 26. There is just one even number 2. So some rows and columns must be having all three odd numbers which cannot add up to 26.
